Vinaigrette | Serves 5
- 2 tbsps Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsps Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Currant Seasoning
Couscous Salad | Serves 5
- 3 cups Cooked Pearl Couscous
- 3 cups Baby Kale
- 1 cup Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts, Toasted
- 1/4 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Procedure
- For the Vinaigrette, whisk all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Service
- To assemble Salad, add cooked couscous, kale, and cabbage to bowl with vinaigrette. Toss gently to mix and coat evenly. Top salad with walnuts and shaved Parmesan cheese to serve.
