- 2 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Mini Cucumbers, seedless, 1/2-inch slices
- 2/3 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Cilantro , fresh, chopped
- 2 tsps Mint, fresh, chopped
- 3 tbsps McCormick Culinary ® Vietnamese Cajun Style Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsps Mirin
Procedure
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Serve ambient or cold.
