Bourbon BBQ Vinaigrette | McCormick For Chefs®

A light vinaigrette infused bourbon BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 cups Cattlemens ® Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce
1 cup Water
3/4 cups Neutral Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

Procedure

In a bowl combine BBQ sauce, water, and oil until well blended. Whisk in vinegar. Hold refrigerated for use.

Chef's Tip!

This is ideal for any smokehouse salad, or as a glaze for chicken and oily seafood.
