Chopped dark cherries and buttery caramelized onions in bourbon infused BBQ Sauce.

Procedure
- In a heavy bottom pan melt butter. Add onions and sauté until caramelized.
- Add stock with cherries and juice. Cook to reduce slightly. Add Cattlemen’s, combine and heat.
- Hold refrigerated for service. Heat as needed.
