BUFFALO VINAIGRETTE | McCormick For Chefs®

Frank's Buffalo wings sauce added to any vinaigrette delivers the flavor of Buffalo.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
3 cups Italian Vinaigrette , light
1 cup Franks RedHot ® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
As Needed Water, optional

Procedure

In a bowl mix together vinaigrette and Buffalo wings sauce.
Taste and if a lighter flavor is desired, add water as needed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

Any light vinaigrette would work in place of Italian vinaigrette. This is a great plus one option for existing dressings.
