CURRIED YELLOW MUSTARD DIP

A curried yogurt dip featuring classic yellow mustard.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
1 cup Frenchs ® Classic Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup Honey
2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Curry Powder

Procedure

In a bowl combine Greek yogurt, yellow mustard, honey, and curry powder. Whisk until well blended. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

This sauce needs at least an hour to sit and allow the flavors to bloom before serving.

Can be a dressing for chicken salad or as a dressing for steak or shrimp with leafy greens.
