A chunky blend of smoky Chipotle BBQ Sauce and charred wood-fired tomatoes
Ingredients
Serves 1 quart
- 2 cups Fire-Roasted Tomatoes, diced, canned
- 2 cups Cattlemens Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Procedure
- Drain tomatoes but do not rinse. Place tomatoes on a cutting board and roughly chop.
- In a bowl combine Chipotle BBQ and tomatoes. Stir until well mixed. Hold refrigerated until needed, serve hot or cold.
Chef's Tip!
This sauce can be left chunky or pulsed in a food processor for just a few seconds to cut the tomato dice size down.
