Mustard Hummus Vinaigrette | McCormick For Chefs®

A light creamy vinaigrette with warm spices from McCormick® Culinary Moroccan Seasoning.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
1 1/4 cups Hummus
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Frenchs ® Classic Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsps Honey
2 tbsps McCormick Culinary ® Moroccan Seasoning
2 tbsps Lawrys ® Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 cup Olive Oil

Procedure

In a blender combine hummus, water, mustard, vinegar, honey, Moroccan and lemon pepper seasonings. Blend until well mixed.
Scrape down sides of blender. With blender running, drizzle in oil until fully combined. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

This dressing is ideal on grilled chicken or lamb, salads, and grilled vegetables.
