Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

A sweet BBQ sauce with the flavor of real bourbon and a refreshing peach finish.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
3 1/4 cups Cattlemen's ® Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup Peach Juice

Procedure

In a bowl combine BBQ sauce and juice. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

If peach juice isn't available, dice and puree fresh, frozen or canned peaches in a blender with just a little water as needed.
