SPICY MANGO MUSTARD | McCormick For Chefs®

A blend of mangoes and classic yellow mustard creating tropical sweet heat.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
1 1/2 cups Frenchs ® Classic Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 cups Mango Chutney, prepared
1/4 cup Mango Puree
2 tbsps Franks ® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Procedure

In a food processor, combine ingredients and process until just blended. Hold refrigerated until service.
