Spicy Pomegranate BBQ Vinaigrette | McCormick For Chefs®

Pomegranate and sesame gives deep fruit flavors and a nutty crunch to Cattlemen's® Kickin' Korean® BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 cups Cattlemens Kickin Korean BBQ Sauce
1 cup Pomegranate Juice
1/2 cup McCormick Culinary ® Sesame Seeds, White
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsps Lime Juice, fresh
3 tbsps McCormick Culinary ® Sriracha Seasoning
2 tbsps Sesame Oil

Procedure

In a bowl whisk together BBQ sauce, pomegranate juice, sesame seeds, brown sugar, lime juice, sriracha seasoning and sesame oil until well combined. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

This vinaigrette also works as a great marinade for chicken, pork, or beef.
