Sweet & Bold Raspberry Vinaigrette | McCormick For Chefs®

Raspberries and Cattlemen's® Sweet & Bold BBQ Sauce make for a great sweet, fruity and smoky vinaigrette.

1 quart Raspberries
1 1/2 cups Cattlemens ® Sweet & Bold BBQ Sauce
1 cup Canola Oil
3/4 cup Lemon Juice, fresh
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Raspberry Jam

Procedure

Prep

In a food processor combine raspberries, BBQ sauce, oil, lemon juice, orange juice and jam. Blend until pureed.
Strain seeds with a chinois. Hold refrigerated for service.

This dressing is perfect with any ripe berries, so try with local berries in their peak season!
