1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Lawry's ® Adobo Seasoning
Cilantro, fresh, chopped
Cotija Cheese, crumbled
Lime Crema | Serves 4
1/2 cup Mexican Crema
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Lime Zest
1/4 tsp Lawry's ® Adobo Seasoning

Procedure

Sweet Potato Wedges

Toss sweet potato wedges with oil and Adobo Seasoning.
Toss sweet potato wedges with oil and Adobo Seasoning.

Lime Crema

Mix sour cream, lime juice and zest, and Adobo in bowl. Hold refrigerated for service.

Service

Serve wedges sprinkled with cilantro and cotija cheese. Serve with Lime Crema on the side for dipping.
