In a bowl, combine potatoes, sausage, and McCormick Culinary Guacamole & More Seasoning Mix. Mix well to combine and hold refrigerated for service.
Service
Set griddle to medium high. For each serving sear 1 cup of hash brown mixture on a well-oiled griddle until they are fully cooked with a crispy surface.
Cook 1 egg as ordered. Plate hot hash browns and top with egg. Serve hot.
