A caprese salad inspired burger served on a ciabatta roll with a bold mustard sage aioli featuring French's® Spicy Brown Mustard.
Mustard Sage Aioli
- In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, roasted garlic, honey, and sage. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated until service.
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, season one burger patty with 1 teaspoon of hamburger seasoning. Grill to desired doneness. Toast roll.
- Place 1/4 cup arugula on heel of bun. Top with 3 slices of tomato and 2 slices fresh mozzarella. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze and top with burger patty. Finish with 2 tablespoons mustard sage aioli and crown of roll. Serve hot with additional sauce for dip.
Roast beef or grilled cauliflower are excellent substitutes for the burger patty.
