Mustard Sage Aioli | McCormick For Chefs®

Bold mustard sage aioli featuring with French's® Spicy Brown Mustard.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
3 cups Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Frenchs ® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup Garlic, roasted
1 tbsp Honey
2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Sage, Rubbed

Procedure

In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, roasted garlic, honey, and sage. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated until service.

Chef's Tip!

This aioli works well with roast beef or grilled cauliflower steaks.
