A blend of garlic aioli, Roquefort cheese, chives and Horseradish Mustard crown a juicy burger on a toasted whole grain bun with micro-greens and peppered sliced tomatoes. Appeal to the growing consumer love of blue cheese and the premium recognition of specialty mustard and imported Roquefort cheese.

  1. For Horseradish Roquefort Mayo: Hydrate chives in lemon and water.
  2. Combine French’s® Dijon Mustard, horseradish, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic with hydrated chives. Hold refrigerated for service. (Yields 2 cups)
  3. For each order: Grill burger to desired doneness and place on bottom of bun. Cover with 1/3 cup micro greens, 2 slices tomatoes and lightly season with salt and pepper. Spread top bun with 2 tbsp. of Roquefort mayo and place on burger
