Scrambled eggs with diced avocado, scallions and tomatoes wrapped in a tortilla with diced pork ranchero made with Cattlemen's® Louisiana Hot & Spicy® BBQ Sauce, salsa verde, roasted cumin and fresh cilantro. Topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese and a hint of lime.

  1. Blend the Cattlemen's® Louisiana Hot & Spicy® BBQ Sauce, salsa verde, roasted cumin and cilantro
  2. Add the shredded pork to the sauce and heat. Scramble the eggs.
  3. Top each tortilla with: 1/4 cup pork, 1 scrambled egg, 1 Tbsp. onion, a few pieces of avocado, 2 Tbsp. tomatoes and 3 Tbsp. of cheese.
  4. Garnish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of cilantro leaves.
  5. Roll in sandwich paper and serve immediately.

CHEF’s TIP!

Build these ingredients on a breakfast skillet over a bed of French’s Crispy Onion Hash browns - crispy breakfast hash browns tossed with FFOs and re-grilled for a minute.


This can easily be built and served on a platter smothered in the above BBQ “Ranchero Sauce” and melted Jack cheese.
