A premium burger topped with a roasted green chili and cumin mustard.

Roasted Green Chili Mustard

  1. In a bowl combine salsa verde, yellow mustard, mayonnaise,and ground cumin until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Service

  1. Set grill to medium high. For each serving, season one burger patty with 1 teaspoon of hamburger seasoning. Grill until to desired doneness. Toast bun.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons Roasted Green Chili Mustard on heel of bun. Top with 1 leaf lettuce, 3 slices tomato and burger patty. Finish with 1 tablespoon of cotija cheese and crown of bun. Serve hot.

This roasted chili mustard is also great with grilled chicken or pork.
