This unique roasted chili and cumin mustard created a fascinating Hispanic flavor for a one-of-a-kind specialty burger.

  1. For Roasted Chili Mustard: Whisk together French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard, mayonnaise, and ground cumin. Add green chili salsa and blend. Cover and refrigerate to hold.
  2. Grill burgers till desired doneness.
  3. To assemble burger: Place grilled burger on bottom, top with 2 tbsp. corn salsa, 2 tbsp. Chile Mustard, and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. cheese. Top with bun top.

CHEF’s TIP!

This roasted chili mustard is also great on deli sandwiches and grilled chicken or pork.


The salsa and cotija cheese add a nice authentic touch.


If cotija cheese is not available substitute Monterey Jack or Cheddar Jack.
