Toss garden greens garnished with peppered grape tomatoes, cucumber wedges, crumbled egg and crispy French's® Crispy Fried Onions. This entree salad is topped with sliced sirloin, crumbled Gorgonzola and Gorgonzola Dijon Vinaigrette.

  1. Gorgonzola Dijon Vinaigrette:Combined French's® Dijon Mustard, Champagne vinaigrette and dressing. Fold in blue cheese crumbles. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
  2. To Build Salad:Grill steak, let rest 3 minutes; slice. Plate greens. Season cut sides of tomatoes with black pepper and place on salad. Garnish with cucumber, egg and Gorgonzola.
  3. Spread French's® Crispy Fried Onions over the center of the salad and shingle grilled steak over onions. Dress with 1 1/2 oz. of the Gorgonzola Dijon Dressing.
