Mix Fish Fri and Zesty Lemon and Pepper Seasoning in bowl. Whisk milk and egg in separate bowl.
Add vegetables to milk mixture; toss to coat. Shake off excess and transfer to bowl with Fish Fri; toss to coat well. Remove and shake off excess.
Set fryer to 350°F. For each serving, fry 1/2 pound coated vegetables 3 to 5 minutes until browned and crispy, and vegetables are tender. Drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce or a zesty remoulade for dipping.
Use veggies such as zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, and okra.
Serve Fried Veggies with house cocktail sauce or zesty Mustard Remoulade for dipping.
