Coconut Whipped Cream

Dairy-free and delicious; just a dollop of this whipped cream and all your guests will scream for more!

Ingredients

Remove coconut milk fat. Reserve liquid for later use.
Whisk together milk fat, sugar and extract. (Note: it will not gain volume, but will stand similar to traditional whipped cream.)

Serve over traditional or vegan desserts, hot chocolate, fresh berries or whatever Chef chooses!
