Ingredients
Spicy Maple Pork | Serves 4
- 4 cloves Garlic, Grated
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, Grated
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Franks RedHot ® Spicy Maple Wing Sauce & Dip
- 1 pound Pork Belly, Cut into 1 to 2-inch cubes
Lettuce Wraps | Serves 4
- Butter Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Pickled Cucumber
- 8 oz Cooked Vermicelli
- Scallions, Finely chopped
Procedure
Spicy Maple Pork
- Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce and spicy maple. Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade. Set Aside. Add pork belly. Marinate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Place pork on sheet tray lined with parchment, bake 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Hold warm for service.
Service
- Mix 1/2 cup reserved marinade with vermicelli.
- Portion pork into lettuce cups, top with pickled cucumber, vermicelli and scallions. Serve with additional reserved marinade for dipping.
