Nouc Cham

This thin Vietnamese dipping sauce gets a nice balance of sweet and spicy from Frank’s sweet chili sauce and Frank's Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

In a bowl combine water, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, carrots, and garlic. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.

This refreshing thin dip is ideal for spring rolls, chicken sate, or as a glaze for grilled chicken, ribs, chops and oily seafood.
