Santa Fe BBQ Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

Southwest inspired sauce made with Cattlemen's® Original Base BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
3 cups Cattlemens ® Original Base BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Frenchs ® Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Chili Cumin Garlic Santa Fe Style Seasoning
2 tbsps McCormick Culinary ® Chipotle Chile Pepper, Crushed

Procedure

In a bowl mix together BBQ sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, Santa Fe Seasoning, and crushed chipotle until well blended. Hold refrigerated until needed.
