Sweet Chili Gold BBQ Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce complimented by the subtle smokiness of Cattlemen's Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 cups Cattlemens ® Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce
2 cups Franks ® Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Pickled Ginger, minced
4 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Pure Orange Extract

Procedure

In a bowl combine barbecue sauce, sweet chili sauce, ginger and orange extract until evenly mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Try grapefruit or cranberry juice to change the profile of this sauce.
