Island Inspired Pork Glaze

A traditionally sweet but unique BBQ grilling glaze that's made of Cattlemen’s Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce blended with Frank's RedHot® Rajili® Sauce, pineapple and Chinese flavors.

Ingredients

Serves 4 1/2 cups
1 1/2 cups Cattlemens ® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 cups Franks ® Sweet and Spicy Ginger Hot Sauce
1 1/2 cups Pineapple, canned, crushed
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Chinese Five Spice

Procedure

In a bowl whisk together BBQ sauce, Rajili, pineapple, soy sauce, and Chinese 5 Spice until well combined. Hold refriderated until ready to use.

This is the perfect glaze for ham or roast pork.
