A traditional demi-glace melded with sautéed mushrooms and French's® Worcestershire Sauce.

- 1/2 pound Butter
- 3 pounds Cremini Mushrooms, 1/4" slice
- 1 cup Frenchs ® Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Demi-Glace
- 2 tbsps Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Procedure
- In a sauté pan over medium high heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms and sauté until lightly browned and tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, demi-glace, and lemon juice. Simmer until nappe. Hold hot for service or refrigerate until needed.
Chef's Tip!
This sauce would be an excellent compliment to a grilled lamb chops, any steak, or a perfectly grilled burger!
