Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed. Hold ambient for service.
Service Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill corn until well charred on all sides. Brush grilled corn liberally with seasoned butter. Plate as desired and garnish with 1/4 teaspoon scallions and a sprinkle of OLD BAY. Serve warm.
