Procedure
- In a bowl, combine jalapenos, pretzels, peanuts and Parmesan crisps. Drizzle with oil and toss until evenly coated.
- Dust with ranch seasoning and mix well until evenly distributed. Hold ambient in an airtight container until needed.
Chef's Tip!
This mix can be warmed slightly in a 350°F oven after being tossed with oil for better pick up of seasoning.
