Prep Instructions:
To prepare Cholula Street Taco Smoky Chipotle Carnitas Seasoning Mix, combine 10 lbs. cubed pork butt with Seasoning Mix and 1/4 cup oil in large bowl. Place pork in single layer on parchment-lined sheet pan and roast, uncovered, in preheated 350˚F oven for 25 minutes. Remove pork from oven. Wrap the sheet tray in foil and continue to roast until tender, about 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until internal temperature is at least 165˚F. Remove pork from oven and allow pork to rest. Shred into thumb-size pieces and serve in tacos, tortas or salads.
Storage:
