Use 2 tsp of McCormick Culinary Imitation Rum Extract for 1 TBSP of dark rum, or 1 TBSP of Imitation Rum Extract for 5 TBSP of light rum. Not recommended when more than 1/4 cup of rum is called for in a recipe.
