Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Serves 4 1/4 cup Cattlemen's® Kickin' Korean® BBQ Sauc, divided 2 tbsps Frenchs ® Classic Yellow Mustard 1/4 cup Cattlemens Kickin Korean BBQ Sauce 3 tbsps Frenchs ® Tomato Ketchup 4 each Hot Dogs 4 each Hot Dog Buns 1/2 cup Kimchi, prepared 4 tsps Scallions, slivered 4 tsps Cilantro Leaves Procedure Prep In a bowl combine first amount of Kickin' Korean BBQ Sauce with yellow mustard. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
In another bowl combine second amount of BBQ Sauce and ketchup. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 1 hot dog as desired. Toast 1 bun.
Place hot dog on toasted bun. Top with 2 tablespoons kimchi. Drizzle with both Korean BBQ Mustard and Korean BBQ Ketchup. Garnish with 1 teaspoon each scallions and cilantro. Serve warm.
Serve with a side of crispy fries and additional Korean BBQ Ketchup for dipping.
