A juicy hot dog on a bed of kimchi. Topped with spicy Korean BBQ Mustard and Korean BBQ Ketchup!
- In a bowl combine first amount of Kickin' Korean BBQ Sauce with yellow mustard. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
- In another bowl combine second amount of BBQ Sauce and ketchup. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 1 hot dog as desired. Toast 1 bun.
- Place hot dog on toasted bun. Top with 2 tablespoons kimchi. Drizzle with both Korean BBQ Mustard and Korean BBQ Ketchup. Garnish with 1 teaspoon each scallions and cilantro. Serve warm.
Serve with a side of crispy fries and additional Korean BBQ Ketchup for dipping.
