Recipe Details

  1. Preheat convection oven to 225°F (conventional oven 250°F). Beat egg whites until frothy. Add nuts and toss to coat. Add everything seasoning and toss until evenly distributed.
  2. Spread evenly onto parchment or silmat lined sheet tray and bake for 1 hour, stirring half way between cook time. Cool slightly and break apart. Once completely cooled toss in crushed bagel chips. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze and keep for up to 3 months.

CHEF’s TIP!

This ratio of 1 egg white to 3 cups nuts (or anything you desire to coat) can be used with a number of spice blends or blended creations of your own to create numerous different trail mixes and bar snacks! Only limitation is your imagination!
