Green Chili Hollandaise
- In a bowl whisk green chiles and mustard into hollandaise. Hold warm until service.
Service
- For each serving, toast one English muffin.
- Top each muffin half with 1 slice Canadian Bacon, 1 poached egg and 1 ounces of the Chili Mustard Hollandaise. Serve warm.
