Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Barbecue Turkey | Serves 4 2 cups turkey, pulled and shredded 1/4 cup Smokey Mesquite Legendary BarBQ Sauce Cumin Slaw: | Serves 4 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded 1 cup red cabbage, shredded 1/2 cup carrots, shredded 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Cumin, Ground 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsps White Distilled Vinegar Wrap & Garnishes: | Serves 4 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated 1 each Tomato, 1/8" sliced 4 eaches White Flour Tortillas, 8", lightly toasted Optional Garnish | Serves 4 Cilantro, fresh, picked, leaves only Lime Wedges Procedure For the Turkey: In a bowl, combine shredded turkey and barbecue sauce. Mix to coat evenly. Set aside. For the Cumin Slaw: In a separate bowl, whisk vinegar and cumin together. Stream in oil while whisking. Add lettuce, red cabbage, and carrots. Toss to coat. For the Assembly: To assemble, place 3/4 cup of pulled turkey in the center of a tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup of cheese, 2 slices of tomato, and 1/2 cup slaw. Wrap.
