Crispy Jalapeño Bacon Wooster Cheeseburger | McCormick For Chefs®

A Worcestershire infused cheeseburger topped with French's® Crispy Jalapeños.

Ingredients

Wooster Burger Patty | Serves 12 servings
1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef, 80/20
1/4 cup Frenchs ® Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsps Kosher Salt
1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Coarse Grind
1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Garlic, Granulated
Jalapeno Burger | Serves 12 servings
4 each Burger Buns
4 each Wooster Burger Patty
4 slices Cheddar Jack Cheese
8 each Bacon, cooked
3/4 cup Frenchs ® Tomato Ketchup
3 cups Frenchs ® Crispy Jalapeños

Procedure

Wooster Burger Patty

In a bowl combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic until evenly distributed but not over mixed.
Form into four 6 ounce patties. Refrigerated until service.

Service

Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill burger patty to desired doneness, finish patty with cheese to melt. Toast bun.
Place patty on base of bun. Top with 2 slices of bacon, and 2 tablespoons of crispy jalapenos. Spread 2 tablespoons of ketchup on crown of bun and top burger. Serve hot.
