Salsa Verde BBQ Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

A blend of spicy BBQ sauce, tomatillas, green chili peppers, onions, cumin and chipotle.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 cups Cattlemens ® Louisiana Hot Spicy BBQ Sauce
2 cups Salsa Verde
2 tbsps Cumin Roasted
1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Chipotle Chile Pepper, Ground

Procedure

In a bowl combine Hot & Spicy BBQ sauce, salsa verde, cumin, and chipotle pepper. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated, heat for service.
