Hot 'N Dirty Martini | McCormick For Chefs®

Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce adds the "Hot" to this dirty martini.

Ingredients

Cocktail | Serves 1
As needed Franks ® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Olive Juice, from jarred olives
1/4 tsp Franks ® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
3 each Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olives, skewered

Procedure

Dip the rim of martini glass in with Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, olive juice, and Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain cocktail into prepared martini glass. Garnish with stuffed olives.

Chef's Tip!

Try gin in place of vodka, and garnish with a chili pepper.
