For each serving, split roll from the top 90% through.
Spread the insides of the roll with 2 tablespoons of gravy. Top with 6 ounces hot turkey and cover turkey with an additional 2 tablespoons of gravy and 2 tablespoons cranberry orange chutney. Close hoagie and serve hot.
