Set oven to 350°F. Line a 2" half hotel pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl combine melted butter and sugars. Mix until well combined. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until fully incorporated.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and RedHot® Seasoning onto a sheet of parchment paper. Gradually add to butter sugar mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Fold in chocolate chunks.
Bake until batter is just set and a toothpick comes out with crumb on it for fudgiest brownies, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely. Use parchment liner to remove brownies from pan and cut as desired.
